Cancellation/No Show Policy
A late cancellation/no show qualifies as an appointment where JT’s Grooming was not notified that the client wouldn’t be able to make it to, at least 24 hours prior to the appointment start time. Notification may be provided to JT via phone call, text, or email. If your appointment is marked as a late cancellation/no show, you will be charged 100% of the total cost of services booked on your next appointment. Each appointment that is 30 minutes or longer is allowed a 10 minute grace period. Each appointment that is 15 minutes long is allowed a 5 minute grace period. I’d greatly appreciate if you would reach out to me via text to notify me if you will be late at all. If you are more than 10 minutes late, your appointment will automatically be marked as a late cancellation/no show. There are no exceptions.
